Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms:
For new customers, the first three (3) orders will be Visa/MasterCard. Credit terms may be extended upon approval by our Credit Department. Standard terms are Net 30, 3% 10 days for customers in Ontario or Quebec and Net 37, 3% 17 days for the rest of Canada. Note: no early discounts will be honored with credit card payments; there is a $20 service charge on all returned cheques.
Naka Herbs & Vitamins reserves the right to hold back shipments. Overdue accounts that are beyond the stated terms will be charged interest of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) and may be submitted to a collection agency at our discretion. All collection costs with respect to payment of an outstanding invoice will be the customer’s responsibility.
Condition for Returns:
Returns must have a Return Authorization number from Naka Herbs & Vitamins.
Shortages:
Report all shortages to our Credits & Returns Department within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged Goods:
Please report all damages to our Credits & Returns Department within 48 hours. Please inspect goods when received and mark any damages on the bill of lading. Important – Please write “subject to inspection” on carrier bill of lading if the shipment cannot be checked at time of delivery. Neither Naka Herbs & Vitamins nor the common carrier will accept a credit claim for freight related damage, which has been accepted as delivered without notation.
Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Backorders:
Backorders as indicated on the invoice are not calculated in the total amount of the invoice.
Freight:
Naka Herbs & Vitamins ships items via a common carrier; if the total value does not reach minimum order values the customer will be responsible for a freight charge ($10.00).
Minimum order values are as follows:

Winter Orders:
A heated truck surcharge may apply on products that are cold sensitive (Silicea Gel, Milk Thistle, and Veino Vital). The deadline for regular shipping of temperature sensitive products is October 31.
